Uwezo Tanzania processes personal information only where it is needed to provide website services, respond to enquiries, receive applications or donations, maintain security, and understand website performance when consent has been provided. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers.

Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies support security, form submissions, administrator login, and remembering your cookie preference. They cannot be switched off through this consent tool because parts of the website would not function correctly without them.
- Session and CSRF cookies: temporary security cookies used for forms and authenticated areas.
- uwezo_cookie_consent: stores your selected cookie preference for up to one year.
Optional analytics cookie
If you select Accept analytics, the website creates _uwezo_vid, a random visitor identifier retained for up to one year. It helps us measure page visits, device category, browser type, referral source, and session duration. It does not store your name, email address, or the content entered into forms.
Analytics tracking remains disabled until you provide consent.
Managing your choice
You can change your preference at any time. Selecting “Necessary only” stops future analytics tracking and removes the analytics identifier from your browser.
Information submitted through forms
Information you intentionally submit through contact, partnership, volunteer, newsletter, donation, or application forms is used for the purpose stated on that form. We do not use the analytics cookie to capture form contents.
